School is ending, meaning students are ready and excited for summer. Summer breaks are a good thing for students to finally be able to take a break and relax their mind away from school.  It is a good chance for students to be able to think about what they want to do or achieve in the future. 

Many students in Karns High-School will either be traveling or spending their summer time earning money.

 ¨Well when summer break begins, I plan to enjoy a little time at the beach, and then maybe after that, I will be working part-time¨, Jennifer Huerta said. 

¨My goal for this summer is to be able to graduate early with good grades¨, Jennifer Huerta said. 

Jennifer Huerta will be an upcoming senior starting next year, meaning many other juniors are very excited, making their goal to be able to enjoy their summer, and do the best they can, their last year of high school. 

¨When summer comes around, my plans are to go swimming at the pool, and spend time with my family playing board games¨, Roxanna Mendez said. 

Students seem excited to enjoy their summer vacations. It doesn’t matter what plans students choose for this summer break because as summer is near, students are not only looking forward to a break from school, students are also looking forward to starting getting ready for summer jobs, and to grow further to be able to explore many good opportunities that are given to them.
