Game recap: Karns falls to Fulton 47-7

The Beavers lost to Fulton last Friday 47-7. Fulton started off with an early touchdown giving them the lead 7-0. Karns got on the board with a 81 yard touchdown pass to Desean Bishop making it 14-7 Fulton after the score. Fulton followed up the Karns score with one of their own and after a failed 2-point conversion the score was 20-7 in Fulton’s favor. At the half the Falcons had a commanding lead of 27-7. After halftime the Falcons had taken complete control of the game dominating the beavers on both sides of the ball. Fulton jumped on the beavers and the final score was 47-7. The Beavers were unable to convert on third downs Friday night and went 1-11 on third down conversions. Karns had 138 total yards, which was not enough to beat Fulton’s 382 total yards. The Beavers travel to Campbell county for a televised showdown on Thursday night.
