Marie Barrow is currently a senior at Karns High School, and this is her first year reporting for The Karns Chronicle! She is a captain of the KHS 2025-2026 color-guard, and while it’s hard work, she loves performing with the band and her teammates. Marie also works as a barista where she enjoys working on her latte art, creating drinks, and baking! Her favorite place to hang out is either the library or Barnes & Noble, and eventually she hopes to work at a publishing house or bookstore of her own! Marie spends the majority of her free time reading, and thought this journalism class would be a great way to gain a new perspective into the world of literature!
