Carter Dubov, Reporter
Carter is a junior reporter at The Karns Chronicle. He enjoys to read and write. Carter plans to go to an in state college to become a nurse. He is excited to help others and the paycheck is just a bonus. While this is his first year on the newspaper he can't wait to bust out some amazing reports.
